All products have to be returned via Singpost Registered Article Service. Please email us at email@example.com to arrange a return. We will proceed to arrange the shipping of your replacement product once we have received the return item.
All Requests for exchanges are allowed only when you have received:
1) an incorrect product
2) a defective product
Such cases will have to be reflected to us within 7 days from the date of order fulfillment. Product must also be in its original packaging. Heyshoppe Singapore reserves the right to reject any exchange/returns should the criteria not be met.
In the event that the product is out of stock, the customer will have the option to select another product with necessary top-ups if needed.
- There will be no refund for payment made for products after we have started to process the order for the customer. However, in instances where the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund.
- Please provide the following details together with your request, unless otherwise stated:
- Transaction identification number
- Valid reasons for cancellation or refund
- All requests submitted are subjected to approval on a case-by-case basis.
- Products can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault (incorrect,defective).
- Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition. The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchange item is lower than the original item.
- Heyshoppe Singapore reserves the right for final decision and to alter this policy at any time.
