Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do, by Singapore Speedpost Air Parcel service. For the list of countries we ship to as well as the estimated delivery time and postage rates, you can download Speedpost’s rate card from http://www.speedpost.com.sg.

Q: Do you accept Debit cards / Credit cards like Visa or MasterCard payments?

A: Yes we do. We are using PayPal’s e-payment service, and they accept major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard. PayPal makes it easy to send and receive online payments. Q: How long will it take for me to receive my package?

A: When we have received, confirmed and processed order, it will take within  4-7 working days (depends on individual delivery provider, recommend to check parcel tracking for the actual date and time).

Q: What are the delivery options available?

A:

1.Free SingPost Normal Mail (no tracking) Shipping
Enjoy complimentary Singpost Ordinary Mail (Local – Singapore) on any orders placed on this site. No fuss, no gimmicks, no minimum purchase required! Please do note that there will be no tracking available should you choose to checkout with this option. Upon request, we will be able to provide a photo proof of delivery. However, we will not be responsible for any lost mails resulting from this shipping option. Delivery usually takes up to 3-7 working days from the day we fulfilled your order… We strongly advise customers to opt for Registered Mail (with tracking)

2. SingPost Registered Mail (with tracking)

We strongly advise customers to choose this option as we will not be responsible for undelivered/lost mails.

3. Singpost SmartPac
SmartPac is a premium doorstep delivery service by Singapore Post. We will update you with a unique tracking number once your order has been posted via Singpost SmartPac. Upon request, we will be able to provide a photo proof of which will include the Singpost SmartPac unique tracking number. Parcel will be deposited into your letterbox if no one is available to receive it during the first delivery attempt. When delivered to letterbox, postman’s signature on the delivery note is deemed as proof of delivery. Retrieval of a duplicate copy of the signed delivery note is available upon request at S$2 from Singpost directly. Delivery usually takes up to 2-3 working days during non-festive periods (i.e. Jan to Sep) and 3-4 working days during festive periods (i.e. Oct to Dec) from the day we fulfilled your order.

4. Qxpress Asia 

Qxpress is by operating international courier services and the Singapore domestic courier business for products sold by e-commerce, playing an important role in dominating the competitiveness of the global e-commerce market through more systematic and specialized systems
