Delivery Fulfilment Policy

All orders placed on our site, as well as service partner sites and platforms, will be packed in our fulfilment centre and ready for posting out to our appointed delivery courier partners within 2 working days after payment verification, excluding weekend(s) and public holiday(s). Should there be any unavailability of items ordered, we will personally drop you a message to discuss any product replacement(s) and/or cancellation(s). You will be notified via email/whatsapp at every part of the process. As we will not be responsible for any lost mail resulting from our delivery option, we highly encourage customers to opt for registered mail service. Please also note that we will not be responsible for any lost of parcel occur during delivery.
